Great price, super-fast delivery and super reasonable postage rates. Can't fault them.

Ordered a few things from this company over the last year and I can’t fault them. They have a pretty good range of stock, including stuff that can be quite hard to find elsewhere (at least in the UK). Their prices are pretty good, some of their items you might find slightly cheaper elsewhere but not many or by much. Their delivery is essentially free (over £15) and fast. They also use Royal Mail which for me is a big plus. Had absolutely no issues and would certainly recommend them.

I have purchased a couple of items from Ultra Lightweight over the years and always had good experiences with their whole shopping experience/process.
A standout for me however was when I contacted them a few years after purchasing my tent when a pole had snapped (my fault not the tents or theirs) and I asked if they could help me find a replacement. Within only a few hours of sending my first email I had a reply saying they had been into their warehouse to see what they could find and they had found exactly what I needed. They double checked my address from my original order and it was in the post before the end of the day.
Given how much time had passed since I bought the tent they had no requirement to help me however, not only chose to, but were absolute rapid in doing so!

They might not be cheap but everything they sell is top quality kit and their team is one of the best I’ve come across anywhere!

Ordered 2022 free lite 3, delivered quickly well packaged, gave quick check all looks good, waiting to test now.

Needed a new umbrella as my current one was falling apart. I'd had my eye on the Euroshirm Swing Liteflex for a few years. Each time I've done a search online Ultralightoutdoorgear has always had the best price. So decided to order one from their website, when ordering it gave me the option of using Amazon pay, something I've never used before. Decided to try it out, transferred me to my Amazon account to make the payment, hit pay now, done! Made the whole transaction very easy and safe. I ordered item on Friday afternoon and received it on Monday morning via free Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery. Very happy with the whole experience of using Ultralightoutdoorgear website, and very happy with my item. Many thanks.

One of my favourite outdoor companies to shop with. They tick all the usual positive boxes, knowledgeable, friendly, good website, fast delivery. But best of all is their stock. They always have the latest gear, the best UL stuff. And they constantly update their stock. If a manufacturer does a upgrade for the latest season, you can put money on that upgraded item being sold with these guys.

Great website, fantastic range of products including gear from the US other UK based companies don't carry. Customer service is always top notch, stock levels on the website are up to date and delivery has always been speedy.

At first, I thought this was a scam bc, after setting up an account and placing an order, the site immediately wouldn't allow me to log back in. However, I emailed support and they were very prompt in their reply, assuring me that my order was being processed. In the end, it arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a winter coat and this site had one of the best prices around.

My husband bought me 'women's micro vario carbon antishock trekking poles' for Christmas, and I truly could not have believed how amazing they are, two simple poles that have made all the difference to my walking, when walking in the past after the walk and the day after my joints really were sore, I just put it down to age, and got on with it, but now I realise I was putting my joints under stress with no poles to help me along the muddy paths etc, the light bulb moment came when after the first walk my joints weren't hurting me and the next day when it was usually bad, nothing, no pain, since having them I have raved about them to everyone and I for one would not ever be without them, just thankful my husband bought them for me. Whilst on the review I would like to say thank you to Lois at customer service who helped me find the right tip protectors a lovely friendly lady, you are doing a grand job at customer service.

Bought a Rab base layer for my wife. First time purchase and very impressed. Good communication, prompt tracked delivery and well packaged. Good range of brands and very competitive prices, will definitely use Ultralight Outdoor again.

I have never used this website but my husband sent me all the links to the hiking stuff he would like for Christmas and his Birthday so I trusted his judgement as he hasn't used them before either. Easy to use website, super fast delivery before and after Christmas (husbands Birthday is 30th Dec), everything well packaged too (had 3 separate deliveries). I would totally recommend and when you spend over £1000 with a company it's nice to get a great service too! Will definitely be using again! :)
